If you need to return or exchange an item, our online return system makes the process quick and easy. Once we receive your return, we’ll promptly exchange the item or issue a credit/refund.

Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please review the following terms and conditions:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in sellable condition and include all original manufacturer packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Coffee machines and water coolers are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions apply for damaged or defective items (see below).
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at info@coffeesupplysolutions.com as soon as possible.
Keep all packaging materials for inspection and claims processing. We’ll handle any necessary carrier claims on your behalf.
Viewing Your RMA Request
You can view the status of your return or exchange by visiting the Returns Center under the Your Returns tab after entering your email and order number.

Ensure your return package meets all Terms and Conditions before shipping.

Ship your return insured using any carrier of your choice and keep your tracking information.

Only send your package to the return address provided on the label. Sending it elsewhere may cause delays.

Your replacement or refund will be issued once we’ve received and inspected your return.
